I am an arts and culture producer and creative leader working across theatres, festivals, and large-scale cultural programming, with a focus on initiating and shaping platforms that support contemporary artistic voices and cross-cultural exchange.
My practice centres on creative leadership — originating cultural initiatives, developing curatorial and commissioning frameworks, and enabling artists to reach wider regional and international audiences. Over the past fifteen years, my work has evolved from project-based production to senior leadership roles, including founding and directing festivals, leading creative production within major cultural institutions, and developing long-term cultural programmes.
In recent years, my focus has increasingly shifted toward international collaboration and cultural infrastructure-building, creating platforms that connect artists, institutions, and audiences across borders. I am particularly interested in work that sits at the intersection of artistic practice, cultural policy, and sustainable cultural development.
Looking ahead, my ambition is to expand my role as a cultural leader working internationally, developing new cultural platforms and partnerships based in the UK, and contributing to global conversations around contemporary arts practice and cultural exchange.
